The week
Five days in the water
Day 1 — Arrival
Briefing, pranayama, shallow pool. Find a rhythm.
Day 2 — Pool
Static and dynamic apnea, buddying, rescue drills.
Day 3 — First ocean
Boat at dawn. Duck dives, line work, first open water.
Day 4 — Depth
Freefall, Frenzel, technique to your level.
Day 5 — Certification
Final dives, assessment, dinner together.
