Discover Freediving
Half day · €120 · no certification
For curious travellers — snorkellers, surfers, partners of divers. You learn breathing fundamentals and try supervised breath-holds in pool or shallow water. Good if you are unsure about a full course.
Wave 1
3 days · €350 · Molchanovs Wave 1 certification
The proper entry point. Online theory before arrival, pool sessions (static, dynamic, rescue), then open water to 12–20 m on line and constant weight. You must swim 200 m unassisted. Leaves you certified worldwide.
Wave 2
4 days · €450 · Molchanovs Wave 2 certification
For Wave 1 graduates or equivalent. Mouthfill equalisation, freefall, no-fins technique, rescue from depth, open water to 24–30 m. Where technique replaces adrenaline.
Wave 2+ / coaching
Flexible duration, price on request. Depth prep, competition lines, spearfishing crossover for qualified students.
